My Story

Why I created this package

Before becoming an Integrative Health Practitioner, I worked in the dental field. Looking back, it's interesting how my own health journey eventually brought those two worlds together.

After having my wisdom teeth removed in 2010, I spent years dealing with chronic sinus congestion, histamine intolerance, facial puffiness, and deep, painful cystic acne. I was doing all the “right” things, but still didn't feel like myself. That experience led me into nutrition and functional wellness.

Today, I'm passionate about helping others look beyond the basics. The Dental Mineral Blueprint was created to give you a more personalized look at your wellness and nutrition, alongside your regular dental care.
